Terms of Service

The service

Rabta & Nikah is a matchmaking service. We introduce people who we believe may be compatible for marriage. We do not guarantee a match, an introduction, or an outcome.

Your responsibilities

• The information you give us must be accurate and your own.
• You must be legally eligible to marry.
• You must treat other members and their families with respect and discretion.
• You must not share another member's details with anyone outside your immediate family.

Verification

We review the profiles on our books and ask for supporting information where we can. A review by us is not a guarantee about any person's character, circumstances or intentions. You are responsible for making your own checks before proceeding with any introduction.

Fees

Any fees for our services are agreed with you in advance. We will not charge you for anything you have not agreed to.

Ending the arrangement

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your information to be deleted. We may decline or end service to anyone who provides false information or behaves inappropriately toward other members or our team.

Liability

We provide introductions in good faith. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, nor for the outcome of any introduction, relationship or marriage.
